Obituary for Eilene Baranoski
Eilene Baranoski, 81 a resident of Serenity Gardens went to be with the Lord on Thursday January 7, 2021 at Geisinger Medical Center, Danville.

Born in Shamokin on June 26, 1939, she was the daughter of the late William and Elva (Landeau) Stankunas.

She attended Shamokin Schools and then went on to work as a seamstress.

Eileen was married in the former St. Anthony’s Church in Ranshaw on April 19, 1969 to Frank Baranoski who preceded her in death.

She attended Calvary Bible Fellowship Church in Shamokin.

Surviving are one son Randy Baranoski and his wife Sheila of Kulpmont; three grandchildren, Alisha Baranoski, Matt Baranoski and Luke Baranoski; two great grandchildren, Tripp Bishop and Storm Baranoski; two brothers, William Stankunas, Jr. and James Stankunas; two sisters, Carol (Stankunas) Bobber and Violet (Stankunas) Krieger; numerous nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents and husband she was preceded in death by one sister, Audrey (Stankunas) Olvany and one brother, Thomas Stankunas.
