Margaret M. Paul, 71 of 315 South Hickory Street, Apt. 405, Mount Carmel passed away on Monday, March 22, 2021 at her residence.

Born on November 9, 1949 at the former Ashland State General Hospital, Fountain Springs she was a daughter of the late Earl James and Marie (Dougherty) Wagner.

She attended Mount Carmel High School.

Prior to her retirement, she was employed at CVS, Ponduce Farm Market and Grayson’s Ye Olde Butcher Shoppe.

On October 7, 1967 in Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church she married Scott Alan Paul, Sr. who preceded her in death on September 8, 1996.

Margaret was a member of Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church. She was an avid reader.

Surviving are three daughters, Tammy Mench and her companion Michael Novotny, Jr., Tina Marie Pivarnik and her husband Thomas J. and Toni Lynn Panko and her husband Joseph; two sons, Scott Alan Paul, Jr. and his wife Brandy M. and Sean Patrick Paul and his companion Laura Jurevicz; thirteen grandchildren, Sarah (Snyder) Kratovich, Kelsey Mench, James Mench, Mitchell Shields, Daniel Shields, Madison Shields, Preston Marlow, Blake Panko, Coun Panko, Ian Paul, Xavier Paul, Lucas Paul and Tanner Jurevicz; two great-grandchildren, Regan Kratovich and Marcus Johnston; two brothers, James Earl Wagner and his wife Barbara and Thomas Wagner and his wife Patricia; and nieces, nephews and cousins.

Preceding her in death in addition to her parents and her husband were her sister, Elizabeth Thomas and her great-grandson, Wylder Shields.

Religious services will be held on Saturday, March 27, 2021 at 11:00 am with Rev. Joan A. Brown officiating in the Joseph J. Stutz, Inc. Funeral Home, 40 S. Market St., Mount Carmel, Joseph J. Stutz, III Supervisor. Interment will follow in Mount Carmel Cemetery, Mount Carmel Township. A viewing will be held on Saturday morning from 9:00 am until 11:00 am in the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy can be made to Mostly Mutts, 284 Little Mountain Rd., Sunbury, PA 17801.
