MOUNT CARMEL — Thomas E. Doyle, 64, of 37 N. Poplar, Mount Carmel, passed away Wednesday, March 30, 2016, at Geisinger Medical Center, Danville. He was born June 27, 1951 in Mount Carmel, to the late Cletus and Vera (Robertson) Doyle. He was a 1969 graduate of Mount Carmel High School. Thomas was married to Anita (Kruleski) Doyle, who survives. Thomas is a retired chef. He most recently was employed at the Alamo Restaurant in Knoebels Grove Amusement Park. Tom considered himself a good Christian. He read the bible every day. He loved camping at the Springbrook campground and looked forward to spending time there with his many friends. He was an avid sports fan. He loved the Philadelphia Eagles and Phillies. He also attended many of the Mount Carmel Area Tornado football games. Tom was close to his family and looked forward to visiting all his relatives in California. He also enjoyed attending the Camptown disability Wednesday with his friends. In addition to his wife, he is survived by a daughter, Allison Bourassa, of California; a son, Thomas Doyle, of California; four grandchildren, Kaylee, Dominac, Zach and Jess; one great-granddaughter, Payton; one brother, Dennis Doyle, of California; one sister, Karen Cooper, of Arizona; nieces and nephews; two step-children, Tracey McCloud and Kenneth Doyle; and three step-grandchildren, Alex McCloud, Ethan McCloud and Ashlie Doyle. He was preceded in death by a brother, Cletus Patrick Doyle. DOYLE — Thomas E. Doyle, 64, of 37 N. Poplar, Mount Carmel. Services will be held at the convenience of the family. Joseph J. Stutz, Inc. Funeral Home, 40 S. Market St., Mount Carmel, Joseph J. Stutz, III Supervisor, is in charge of arrangements.
