Jean K. Graham

Jean K. Graham, 73 of Mt. Carmel passed away on Wednesday, September 3, 2025 at Geisinger Medical Center in Danville.

Born on April 30, 1952 in Danville, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Mary (Gaffney) Mayernick.

Jean was a graduate of Mt. Carmel Area High School.

She was married on August 28, 1982 in Mt. Carmel to Melvin F. Graham who preceded her in death on September 10, 2016.

Jean was a retired garment factory worker.

She was a member of Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Parish.

Jean will always be known as a very loving wife and mother to her husband and children.

Surviving are one daughter, Jolene Correa and her husband Jayson of Mt. Carmel; her bonus son, Omar Rivas of Ranshaw; two sisters, JoAnn Becker and her husband David of Wilburton and Mary Snarski of Mt. Carmel.

In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by two daughters, Melanie and Rachel Graham; one sister, Theresa Sock; and one brother, Stephen Mayernick.

Graveside services for Jean, her husband Melvin and her daughter Rachel will be held on Wednesday, September 10, 2025 at 10:30 am at All Saints Cemetery, Bear Gap with Very Rev. Msgr. Francis Karwacki officiating. In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy can be made to Glycogen Storage Disease Research, 917 Bethany Mountain Road, Cheshire, CT 06410. Joseph J. Stutz, Inc.
