Leocadia "Lee" Truskoski

Leocadia M. “Lee” Truskoski, 93 of 138 Tiffany Lane, Mount Carmel passed away on Saturday morning, November 4, 2023 in her home.

Born in Mount Carmel on December 15, 1929, she was a daughter of the late John and Ursula (Petruskevich) Povelaitis.

She attended Mount Carmel schools.

On January 12, 1952 in the former Holy Cross Church, Mount Carmel, she married Benjamin A. “Ben” Truskoski who preceded her in death on September 27, 2015.

She was a member of Our Lady of Mount Carmel Parish.

Surviving are her daughter, Bernadette Bubrowski and her husband Ron of Mount Carmel; two granddaughters, Holly Albert of Mount Carmel and Amaya Bubrowski of Mount Carmel; one grandson, Eric Bubrowski Mount Carmel; one great-grandson, Jack Coaker; four nieces and two nephews.

Preceding her in death in addition to her parents and husband of sixty-three years, Benjamin A. Truskoski were three sisters, Alberta Bartash, Anna Bunda, and Virginia Povelaitis; and seven brothers, Stanley, Edward, Charles, Vincent, Joseph, John and Lester Povelaitis.

Religious services and interment in Holy Cross Cemetery, Mt. Carmel Township with the Very Rev. Francis J. Karwacki, Pastor officiating will be private at the convenience of the family.  Joseph J.
